Unofficial Practice Ice and Official Practice Ice Forms should continue to be sent in now that the schedule is up. Unofficial Practice Ice will be confirmed on an individual basis starting 9/25. Please be patient, we will get to you.
Credential forms are mandatory for proper distribution of credentials for skater's coach and chaperone. All skaters must send this form even if they are not buying an additional coach credential. ONLY ONE coach will be credentialed. If a second coach is attending with the skater, an additional credential must be purchased. Make sure your coach has a current: US Figure Skating membership, PSA membership, insurance, and Coaches Registration (background check) or they will not be allowed to be credentialed.
