10/13/2011REMINDER: Only coaches with credentials will be allowed rinkside with skaters. In order to receive credentials, coaches must be cleared by U.S Figure Skating.9/28/2011A tentative schedule of events has been posted. A schedule will also be emailed to all participants by entryeeze. Once you receive the email, you will be able to log into the entryeeze site and reserve your practice ice. If you have not already prepaid for practice ice, you will be able to this by Thursday, 8:00 pm and reserve the practice sessions that are available.Pins, Program and Apparel: To order your event program, pin and competition apparel, see the tabs on the top of your entryeeze page. Personal messages and pictures may also be included in the program book by using those tabs. 9/24/2011A tentative schedule of the days’ events will be held has been provided to aid in making your travel plans. Practice ice will start on Friday, October 14th and will be available throughout the competition. Once the official schedule is available, skaters with reserved practice ice will be able to select their practice ice slots. Those who have not reserved will be able to purchase and reserve their slots a day or two later.Any skater wishing to have their picture included in the program book should login to www.entryeeze.com, go to Program tab and email their photo. Any skater, parent or coach wishing to purchase an event pin or program should login to www.entryeeze.com to pre-order these items. Regional Apparel items can also be pre-ordered by logging into www.entryeeze.com. 9/10/2011CORRECTION: Open Juvenile should read Use Rule 4240 and the time should be 2:15 ± 10 sec. Adult Pre-Bronze Free Skate should read Use Rule 4600 and the time should be 1:40 MAX.9/5/2011 DUE TO THE EFFECTS OF HURRICANE IRENE ON THE SOUTH ATLANTIC REGION, WE HAVE EXTENDED THE ENTRY DEADLINE FOR NONQUALIFYING COMPETITION UNTIL SEPTEMBER 10th WITH NO LATE FEES.From September 11th through the 17th, there will be a $50.00 late fee.
